Lena will es endlich wissen
Lena will es endlich wissen (Lena Wants to Know Once and For All) is a period time sheet from the life of Lena Liebling (Agnieszka Rozenbajgier), a 23-year old actress who is desperately searching for love. While the prostitute Becky (Vivien LaFleur), Lena’s best friend, introduces her to a world of lust and obscure sexual practices, Lena falls in love with the director (Clayton Nemrow) of the Jean-Paul Sartre play “No Exit”, in which she performs a leading role.
Apart from dealing with Christian fanatics and strange sex slaves, Lena has to take care of her father, Lothar Liebling (Peter Kurth), a man who creates balloon animals to compensate for his loneliness. After an artistic fight with her colleagues (Godehard Giese and Bärbel Schleker), Lena meets the eccentric Klaus Neumann (Aleksandar Tesla) who forces her to self-reflect and, in the end, leaves her confused. Shall Lena continue her search or are happiness and love closer than she thought?
